Copying Shapes in Flowchart

Is there any way to copy an flowchart block and it's text to exactly where
you put your pointer? Everytime I try to copy, I end up searching the diagram
to find where Visio pasted it.

If copying on the same page, use SELECT then CTRL+Drag. This will duplicate
rather than using the clipboard

there any site/link to find these shortcuts and basic functions of Visio?
