copying software

I have a CD of Office XP that I have installed on my home
computer. Can I legally copy this on my notebook? Can I
legally copy this on my computer at work as long as I am
the owner of both the notebook and computer at work?

Open and read the EULA file you agreed to when you installed. It
contains the information you are requesting.
