If so, uncheck the checkbox. 3) Have you tried using the Save As command to save a copy fo the file directly to the target disk? 4) Is the XL Mac file format one that can be used by whatever version of XL your accountant has? If your file is in a "newer" version his may be able to open but not edit the file. Again, Save As may be the answer... change the File Type in the listbox below the file name field.
