Copying styles from one normal.dot to another normal.dot

On my computer at work, I have styles named grape and raspberry
defined in my normal.dot.

I want to add these same styles to my normal.dot on my home computer.

What's the best way to do this?

Create a document based on Normal.dot at work. Open it on your home
computer. Go to Format | Style and select the Grape style. Click Modify and
check the box for "Add to template." Repeat for Raspberry.
