Copying table data from one database to another

I have two identical databases, that different people have been working on.
Each has been inputting data into a specific table. The tables are
different, NOT the same one.

I need to copy the data from the "Contacts" table in database 2, to the
"Contacts" table in database 1.

Whats the easiest way to do this?

You can open database 1 and link to the Contacts table in database 2. You'd
then run an append query to append the records from the one table into the
second.

You'll also want to look for duplicates that may arise.
