Copying Templates

I just downloaded a template for inputting hours for payroll. Now I need to
have about 15 of these and of course copy and paste doesn't really work. How
do I make multiple copies of the template and have them all work the same. I
am very new to excel.

If you're referring to copying a sheet then right-click the sheet tab, click
Move or Copy, make sure the "Create a copy" is selected, select the
location, and then click OK Alternatively, hold Ctrl and drag the sheet to a
new location.

To rename the sheet, double-click the sheet tab and type over the selected
text.
