Copying the "format" of a Business Card

J

John

I have several "subfolders" in my Contacts folder, based on different
organizations I am affiliated with. I created a "format" for one of the
business cards, laying out the fields the way I wanted, and a graphic up in
the corner. I want ALL the contacts in that subfolder to have the same
formatting. How do I apply the format from the one card onto the rest in the
folder. I don't see any "format painter" tool available.

Nothing like that is built into Outlook, but several people have suggested it. If you have a retail version of Office/Outlook 2007, I suggest that you file a support incident on this issue. The business card feature is new, so Microsoft doesn't really know how people are using it (or want to use it) unless you tell them. Unlimited support for Office/Outlook 2007 is free for the first 90 days after activation. See http://support.microsoft.com/gp/vista_supoffnew for more information on this support policy.
