copying the url into the shockwave object but no custom tab to ent

I have been using powerpoint to put youtube videos into my slides to use in
my class. Until now everything worked fine. However, the last time I tried
to go to control box and click on the tools and make a line and then right
click on the page to go to properties. I then usually right click and look
for a custom tab at the top left and click on it and then another box comes
up for me to enter a URL and that allows shockwave to insert it into the
slide, the problem is that my custom tab is not showing anymore. What can I
do? It doesn't appear anymore.

Seems to be a problem with the latest version of Flash Player 9.0.115.0.
