Copying to a new tab

I have been using the Loan Amortization Schedule and would like to copy it
over onto other Tabs in the same worksheet but when I do the schedule does
not function properly - any suggestions about copying techniques

How are you doing the copying?

When you copy are you copying the whole page (click on the upper left
exterior to work sheet box) in order to copy the whole page?

I will assume you are, if you do it this way, when you select the new tab to
paste to click on the same exterior box to select the whole sheet.

Paste: you are given two choices "Paste" or "Paste Special", paste special
allows you to select what you want to keep, (ex: just formulas, formating).

I would try both methods as a test.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN COPYING SELECT BOXES! from the origional sheet.
You paste only this data from the origional and it is always linked to the
origional sheet even though it is in a new sheet , paste special of selected
boxes allows you to keep just the formula, etc.
