Copying to another worksheet

I have two worksheets open, when I change a value in Worksheet 1, cell d16, I want to change another cell in Worksheet 2 to the same value, basically automaticaly update both cells at the same time. What is the formula for this

On the second sheet, use the formula

='Sheet1'!D16
