Copying to Onenote with Office Professional 2007 installed?

I have office professional 2007 installed on my pc and installed OneNote that
I have from my 2007 Home and Student edition onto the same machine (I'm
running Vista) - but this machine now won't recognise that OneNote is there
and I can't use it as Printer to print from other applications into OneNote.
Is there something I can do to get this changed?
