yes, it does prompt me to create it. After I do that and name it, it starts
and then just stops. No error message or anything. I cannot find any
resource online for it at all.

when you are telling it to publish to My Webs, are you naming the web (it's
hard to see it sometimes in FP2002), if the web doesnt exist locally it will
prompt you to create it...is that happening?
(i cant tell ya how many times i've inadvertantly overwritten a local web
because of this...duh on me)
