Copying worksheet from other (unopened) workbook

Hi,

I'm trying to copy a worksheet from Workbook A to Workbook B using VBA from
Workbook B. I would like to accomplish this withouth actually opening
Workbook A (since Workbook A contains a lot of macros that are run
automatically on 'open'). Is this possible?

Alternatively, how do I open Workbook A without automatically running the
macros in Workbook_Open().
