Copyright of Templates

I would like to know if I can use the templates within my web pages and
commercial documents or can they only be used as ideas for how to create
documents types?

Obviously it would not be just the template copied over to my pages but
changed to suite.

I am interested in the copyright issues and there does not appear to be any
mention of it on the template page where you can download them.
