I would like to use one of the new Power Point templetes for a course I am
designing for the USAF here at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS. This is not for
profit, a military use only type course. The template's name is Globe on
Water and is found at

How do I obtain permission to use the templete set?

The templates available on Office Online are designed to be used exactly as
you've explained -- as the basis for a presentation. You're good to go --
you don't need to get specific permission to use that template.
