CorasWorks Cross-Site Search Web Part

Has anyone successfully implemented the free CorasWorks Cross-Site Search Web
Part with their project server?

I have it on my server, and it works, but it only returns hits from the
"current" site. It doesn't go across sites. I know you have to configure a
"site URL" under the Administration section, along with a number of
sublevels, but that doesn't seem to be working.

I suspect it's because the site URL I have listed (the default of
http://my-server/sites) doesn't actually resolve to a web page. However, it
is the "root" site for all my projects. That is, all the workspaces are
created as http://my-server/sites/project_xxx, where xxx is the unique
project number.

Anyone out there experience this issue?

Good day Gus,
Currently there is not a way to handle the /sites issue although, we
will add this immediately to an udpate request for the WSS search web
part so that it can attempt a search through the sites hiearchy. If you
could please send an email to our support department they will be happy
to enter it into our R&D request list to have this specially designed
to meet your needs.
