Corner Handles always keep Aspect Ratio ...

Hello -

For some reason something strange is happening with my Visio.
Whenever I select a shape and click on one of the corner handles to
change the aspect ratio, it will keep it constant and only change the
size of the box.

Is there a setting I'm missing that screwed up?

I'm not sure if there's a permanent setting to change,
but if you hold down the shift key while dragging, it
allows you to change the aspect ratio.
