Corp. addresses not showing up in the user address book

I recently added a new user to our domain and added him to Exchange. We're
on a W2K domain and using E2K. When he logs on from any workstation, he gets
the following msg; "This view is damaged. Default view setting will be
used". He can view his incoming mail but if he wants to send any mail, when
he clicks on the "To" button, no ones email address in the company shows up,
it is blank. For some reason, our corp address book is not showing up with
his account. Anyone have any ideas? If so, can you please pass them along
to me.
