Corp. Mail not sending HTML messages

I have Corporate Mail set up with our MS Exchange
Service. When I attempt to send an e-mail in HTML it is
received in plain text. I can send the e-mail from the
same computer with internet only mail and it works fine
and can be read fine. The message appears in HTML in the
outbox find. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Check with the Exchange server admin to see if they know where the
formatting is being stripped out, and why.

Unfortunately, I think I am that person. I don't see any
Exchange configurations that would suggest this problem
