Corporate Calendar

We have a samll office of 20 folks and 17 of which are sales people. Currently, we are using Microsoft Exchange 2000. My partner and I have used the Public Folders option and created a Group calendar We post our schedule to that calendar for everyone to see. The problem is that our staff has to invite one of us to first appointment sales meetings. If we are out all day then we come back to a full inbox and sometimes we have been double and triple booked. We're going to be adding a fair number of sales people in 2004 so we need to get this corrected

Does anyone know how fix this pain? An additional program, etc

Thank you in advance

You could use the auto function for meetings.

Open Outlook
Select the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS
On the Preferences tab click the CALENDAR
OPTIONS... button
Click the RESOURCE SCHEDULING... button

This will book you to the first request in line then send
a decline to the next guy that tries for that same time.
