A while back on my laptop I uninstalled the tiral version of Office 2007 that
came with it and put on the Office 2003 verion that I already owned.
But when I did that Outlook would not work properly. After searching through
various forums online I found the solution - something that 2007 had left
behind that would need to be removed - can't remember the full details.
Well I've just recovered my laptop to its factory state and I don't want to
make the same mistake twice so I was just wondering if there was a specific
way or sequence to uninstalling Office 2007 and Installing Office 2003 so
that I don't have any problems?
In Programs and Features I have:
"2007 Microsoft Office System"
"Microsoft Office 2003 Web components"
"Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interlop Assemblies"
"Microsoft Office Small Business Connectivity Components"
"Microsoft Office Suite Activation Assistant"
Should I remove 2007 before or after installing 2003?
Which order should I remove the above components in?
Any help much appreciated.
