Corrected timesheet does not remove hours in project

It appears when someone enters time in a timesheet in project incorrectly and
then recalls the timesheet and makes the corrections, the incorrect hours are
not taken away from the work hours on the project but the corrected hours are
added. Is this a bug?

When you use the word "timesheet," are you referring to the My Timesheet
page? If so, the team member must re-import the corrected hours into the My
Tasks page and resubmit the changes for approval to the project manager.
