On my earlier post for "Valid HTML 4.0" I meant The World Wide Web
Consortium (W3C) http://validator.w3.org/ not "WACO" I also tried a custom
DTD but still errors "Microsoft Borders" must be a single token thanks

The same answer still applies; if you want valid HTML, don't use shared borders.
