i have a database that has a table with an autonumber
field with not duplicates, and is indexed. the table has
reached 53000 entries. every once in a while i have one
record that gets corrupted, the record reads #error in
every field in the table, including the autonumber field.
the database will not compact and repair. when you put
your cursor on the bad record you get a invalad argument,
if i try and do anything with the record i get the invalad
argument. i really need to find a way to fix this, it
happens to often and the database is only backed up 2 or 3
times a week. is there any way to repair this record or
delete it.
