Hi,
based on my experience and research, the root cause of this issue
should be the following:
1. The Groove program on your computer is corrupt.
2. The Groove Account is corrupt.
Therefore, please perform the following steps and let me know the results:
Step 1:
=========
We can run GrooveClean without options to resolve this issue. This will
clear out
your communications queue and resolve any problems caused by bad data in the
queue.
Please completely shut down Groove via the icon in the system tray. To run
GrooveClean without options,
exist Groove completely, browse to C:\Program Files\Groove
Networks\Groove\Bin and double-click on GrooveClean.exe. After run
the tool, please restart Groove.
Note: Deleting the buffer files may also delete some data in transit (for
example,
a packet that has not been processed yet). Groove's robust communication
system
should recover all missing workspace information, however, instant messages
that
have not yet been sent, or have been received, but not processed, may be
lost.
Test this issue again. Is this issue resolved? If not, please perform next
step:
Step 2:
========
Please try an over install of Groove from an administrative account and then
a
reboot in that account. Then, log on your account and launch Groove to see
whether this issue is resolved.
-----If your Groove account is not managed by your company's Management
Server,
please go to the following installation URL to over install it:

-----If your Groove account is managed by your company's Management Server,
please
contact your Groove Admin to help you reinstall Groove.
Note: Over installing will not remove any licenses nor will it remove any
account
or space data. There is also no need to uninstall first. Upgrade to this
version of
Groove Virtual Office and let me know if this resolves your problem.
