Corrupt Document - Page Count Running over 20,000

The document seems to be corrupt. Instead of 191 pages in
the page count there are more than 20,000 pages. Also in
the Table of Contents every page number is 14.

The document contains over 200 tables.

Does any one know how to fix the problem?
