Hello,
Where I work, we are running a Windows 2000 Server
Microsoft Network.
Clients have been upgraded from Windows 98 and Office 97
to Windows XP and Office XP throughout the past year.
This month, we have noticed a handful of Word documents
stored on the file server that are difficult to open.
You double click on them and it takes several minutes
before they finally open.
Is there a way I can submit these documents and compare
with other documents that open just fine on our network? I
would like to find out what is causing these files from
opening correctly.
Thanks
