Corrupt File??? Need help please

Subtotals for groups of subtasks aren't rolling up
correctly and when I enter resources for a specific task,
the entire application locks up. This result can be
recreated time after time but only for the one task.

If my file is corrupt is there any way to save the data?
or do I have to start from scratch?
