corrupt mdb repaired ... thanks for help

they recovered my database for $40 in about 5 hours which was cheaper than i
was quoted else where.

thanks for everyone who advised jetrepair etc but it didn't work. oh well..

and yes am backing up regular now.

Backing up is excellent advice but the rest of your posting is
questionable.

When I look at the posting headers I see the following line

NNTP-Posting-Host: marshalluk.plus.com 212.159.106.11

This tells me you are posting your newsgroup posting from the same
location as you are referencing.

I think the term for this is "shilling"

BTW according to MSs own guidelines folks are free to post relevant
commercial postings touting their own products. That would've been
just fine.

Hello,

The actual post was genuine off the owner of the flower shop, I stupidly
asked to give me a plug because she was thrilled I had recovered her data
then used a old copy of the database to sort the structure, which she agreed
to do whilst with me.

I should have thought about it a little more before she made the post whilst
she was here...
