We have a user who's laptop crashed and they got it back up and
running, however when they went to reinstall BCM it came back up and
asked them to create a new .db. We did some searching in the forum
and found that the .mdf and .ldf has the data we need. However, after
we created a new .mdf and .ldf and were going to rename the old one's
to the same name as the new one and restart the services we noticed
that the new .mdf and .ldf are the same size as the old ones? Is that
right? Well, even after we restarted the services and launched
Outlook it came back and told us that the files are probably corrupt.
Are we totally out of luck?
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Heather
