Corrupt onenote

My onenote2007 has stopped functioning it says that it is corrupted and needs
to be reinstalled. I cannot find the original downloaded file from which to
reload. Can anyone help please

The Beta has ended. Hence you won't be able to download Beta 2 anymore.
If you have access to volume license downloads, MSDN or TechNet, you can
get RTM from there now.
Otherwise, you'll have to wait till Dec 1 to download a trial version.
