Corrupt Records in a Table

I have a multiuser db with a front and back end and record level locking. On
a couple of occasions the users have had records in one of the tables go
completely corrupt, with Error in the fields. In addition, and error box
with "Invalid Argument" pops up every time you try to delete the bad record.
Any ideas on how to avoid it from corrupting the record, and an easy way to
clean up the table.

First back up the Data base, the Back End, Back up, Please

Try and run compact and repair on the back end mdb.
It should be a rutine, incase you haven't been doing that.

I do that all the time. My question is about what can cause Access to
corrupt the record in a multiuser environment.
