Corrupt Table problem

I have a 167 page document that has probably 50 tables in it - and I
get a corrupt table message.

I don't have the time to go through every table and change to text,
then change them back again (which often causes layout problems)

Is there a simple way to 'uncorrupt' the file?

Try saving it as RTF, close and reopen and save back to DOC.
