I installed MS Office 97 on a PC that the user had MS
Works installed on it.
When finished with using MS Office I uninstalled Office
and now the user cannot find or open his Works Files.
I used the Add/Remove feature of the operation system and
even inserted the original disk back into the PC as a part
of the uninstall process.
Could the users Works files or program been deleted using
the uninstall feature?
What is the remedy to being able to access the users files
once again?
