Corruption in excel when saving

I copied an existing file to a different location in a network drive. Made my
changes and tried to save the file. Before Excel could finish saving the
program gave me an error and closed itself. Tried to reopen the file from
the new location and it said that "File not Found" with a heading of
Microsoft Visual Basic in the title bar of the window. Anyone have any ideas
of what might be wrong?
