Corruption Problems

When I was working on a form, Access suddenly just prompted me this.

Microsoft Office Access has detected corruption in this file. To try to
repair the corruption, first make a backup copy of the file. Then, on the
Tools menu, point to Database Utilities and click Compact and Repair
Database. If you are currently trying to repair this corruption then you will
need to recreate this file or restore it from a previous backup.

I cant really follow the instructions as whatever I click in the tools menu,
this error keeps prompting. Recreating a backup didn work either. Anyway I
can solve this?

Im currently using Access 2003 (11.6566.6568) SP2.

Tried, but doesnt work. Whenever I try to access the code, the same error
pops up and the database closes and opens by itself.
