Cost Question

I am using MSOP 2007 standard. I have an IMS and a resource pool. I have
all the schedules inserted into the IMS and connected to the RP.
I have Resource A assigned to 2 projects at 50% allocation on each.
However, I have 2 separate rates that I need to apply.
Example
Resource A on project 1 is billed at 10.00
Resource A on project 2 is billed at 12.00
Is there a solution for this scenario?

Each Resource has 5 rates (A-E). The Standard rate is rate A. Set Rate B to
$12.

In project 2 view the Resource Usage View

Insert column "cost rate table"

Change value A to B and all assignments in project 2 will use $12 per hour.

Hello,
There is no direct way to do that, but you can do the following:
In the Resource Pool, double click the Resource A
In the Resource Information dialog, click the Costs tab.
Set Rate A = 10
Set Rate B = 12
By default, the system applies Rate A
So go in the project 2, go to the Resource Usage view, in the General tab,
select B in the Cost Rate table pick list.
