Cost Tracking / Addon ?

Hi,

We are thinking of replacing our cost tracker system by something more
efficient, is there some applications / addon that could be plugged on top of
MS Project Server 2003 to perform some cost tracking for a project?
We want people to report time spent on some general activities for a given
project and we are not interested to report at task level.
