You only need to fill in the Cost/Use field if there is an additional cost
each time the resource is used on the project, in addition to the resource's
standar and overtime rates. For example, I have to pay my plumber a "trip
charge" every time he comes out to my house, along with his hourly billing
rate. The trip charge is an example of a Cost/Use situation. Hope this
