Cost / Work Budget Resource on summary raw cause notification fail

Dear all,
we are experiencing this frustrating problem, when we assign a budget work
or cost resource to the summary raw all the assignment on the tasks are not
notified to the resources. If I delete the budget work or cost resource
assigned to the summary raw all notifications restart to be delivered to
resources with assignment on that project.
I tried to recreate budget work and cost resources that we assign to the
summary raw anyway the problem reappear each time...
Any idea?

I'll try to duplicate your issue and report it to the product team, however
you should know that you should not be assigning work resources to summary
tasks. This is a very bad practice in all but very few circumstances.
