Costom Field to PWA Site Template

Hi,
I have a Custom Field with lookup Table having the name of the Project
server Site Template now i want to create a WSS Site based on the Custom
Field values...

Which i was able to create it, but i am not able to link it with the Project
server as only those site can be linked which temaplte is there in the
workspace provisioning settings...

Is there other way of doing this ??

Note that you should not use a site that has previously been linked to a
project as your template. You need to create a new site as your base file.
