Could i remove the completed tasks and closed projec from people's time sheets??

Hello,

I would like to save the custome filters in the Tasks
view (the time sheet). Everytime i re-open the time
sheet my filers are gone and i have to re-set them. the
reason i want them to stay in place is because i want all
the resources to have a customized view of thier time
sheet ( i am trying to take out the completed tasks from
the time sheet display without luck!! so i decided to
filter for a custome field that i created, it works, but
the filter goes away everytime you refresh or leave the
time sheet).
