Could not access Enterprise Global

S

Sami

We had a perfectly good install of PS 2007 and everything was running fine
(PWA and Pro Client) until.... I accidently open the Enterprise Global file
in Project Pro 2007. It was bad mouse skills; I was going for the Enterprise
Recourse Pool. I did not think anything of it, just closed and it asked me
to check it back in, I said yes....

Then....

I could not access PWA or the Project Server through Project Pro 2007, I get
a "Could not access Enterprise Global" error in Project pro and a Access
Denied Error in PWA

How do I resolve this? It seems to be a permissions issue. I should say
that I am one of the admins for the server

Thank you in advance

Have one of the other Admins log into PWA and force check in the
Global.

Sami,

Be aware that if you have checked out the Enterprise Global it can sometimes
still be in your local cache. I advocate clearing the cache once edits to
the Enterprise Global have been made and it has been checked in - if it is
still in the cache even in the projects not checked out to me selection
remove it from the cache.
