could not complete your last action or actions

Just purchased Outlook with Business Contact Manager. When I press Business
Contact Manager Home button on the menu bar in top of Outlook, and then press
Business Contacts bar, the pop note with red X says Business Contact Manager
for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again.
Then it sends data to Microsoft and re-start the outlook. It seems that I can
use all features of the program however, this problem still pops up every
time and persits. PLease advise how I can fix this problem. Thank you.
