I always have this message error and I could not at all use the outlook
express:

"Could not connect to Hotmail as %s.

Hotmail no longer allows email access via Outlook Express for free email
accounts.

Account: 'Hotmail', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Server Response: 'Access to Hotmail via Outlook and Outlook Express now
requires a subscription. Please sign up at http://upgrade.msn.com', Port: 0,

So please help me.

A few questions/facts:
- this is actually an Outlook newsgroup, not an Outlook Express one.
Surprisingly enough they're actually two incredibly different products with
incredibly similar names
- do you have a paid Hotmail account?
- Are you trying to access a Hotmail account?
