Could not download SP3?

I have a Dell Deminsion 8200, Windows XP Home Ed. loaded at the factory, and
Microsolf Office Small Business also loaded at the factory. Microsolf sent me
a computer message saying I need to download SP3. When I clicked on the
"start installation" button, steps 1,2,and 3 seemed to do ok but when step 4
started it ran about 20 seconds and then step 5 came up saying "download
unsucessful". I clicked "finished" and the window closed. I tried this three
times with the same results each time. Is there something I am suppose to do
that I am not? There was no message saying why SP3 would not download. I will
appreciate any suggestions. Dan.
