Could not find Server

The user gets this error intermittently
Could not find Server "" at port 80. Please Check if your web server name is
valid and proxy settings are correct.

I use IIS 5.0 with FP server extentions 2002 on the server with 2 latest
updates for extentions. The client is FP 2000.
