could not find stored procedure 'ir_GETSBAInfo'

Business Contact Manger show to be installed in the add & remove folder. But
I can not find it anywhere in Outlook 2003. I have gone to the Data File
Management and tried to add the BCM but I get the following message during
the process: " could not find stored procedure 'ir_GETSBAInfo'.
Please advise where I can get this info.
