Hi - When I go into frontpage to work on my website - I get a 'could not find a web server www.xxxxxx on port 80. Please check to make sure that the webserver name is valid & your proxy settings are set correctly.' I know my settings are correct - I have them saved and used them since the start up of FP. It does load the page after a period of time - but does not load the full page - just part of it. What can I do? Thank you, Cowgirl

What version of FP?
What O/S?
Do you have the appropriate web server installed and started?
Do you have the FP Server Extensions installed and configured?
Are you talking about your local machine or the host server?

Cowgirltoot,

You must have done some time-traveling. They just released 2003 in my time.
Also, o/s means operating system. Meaning which version of Windows are you
using on your computer.

Re: "It's fine in my file manager ..."
If you have used your host File Manager program to access or change your site, the FP SE probably need repair or reinstallation -
never use 3rd party tools in a FP SE hosted site
