Hi guys,

I am experiencing this error with project managers who use Project Pro 2007
to connect to Project server 2007.

When they to do so, they an error which tells them that

"Can't load enterprise global template" "there seems to be a problem with
the database please contact your administrator"

I am not sure what is wrong, Please how can I isolate this problem.

Thank you

Gosthme, have you checked the event logs and queue. If so what errors can you
see?

Hi Marc,

The only message that I receive in the event log is "An unanticipated error
occurred during the processing of this request".

However when I re-run the SharePoint Configuration wizard they are now able
to log in.

In some other post within this forum that relates to the same problem, a
resolution was to run the e-global stored procedure in sql server, is this
approach right or wrong?

Thank you

Hi gostme,
sorry I am not familiar with this code. If you try it you want to try it in
a test environment or at least make a backup of your system
Hope this helps
